- Server will be hosted in Handy Networks, Denver, CO, US.
- Server setup takes 2 – 14 working days, depending on the availability of the server hardware.
- Setup fee (for monthly billing cycle) will be applied one time only.
- Setup fee will apply for cancellation within first month.
- Service cancellation need to be made 30 days in advance.
- NO refund is allowed for Dedicated Server purchases.

Q: Will I get root access to my own server?
A: Yes. You will have the root access and total control of your own server.
Q: Where is my server hosted?
A: Your server will be hosted in Handy Networks Data Center in Denver, Colorado, the award-winning data centres.
Q: Is the VIP dedicated server only suitable for WordPress?
A: No. You have full control and can run any applications in your server as long as they comply to our terms of service available here.
Q: Do you provide any type of support for this plan?
A: Yes. We offer Free 24 x 7 x 365 First Level Technical Support. Our support team is working on shifts 24 x 7 x 365 including public holidays and is ready to assists you any time. Our Support Team can be reached by sending an email to support@wpwebhost.com
Q: Who should be held responsible should there be a hardware failure?
A: WPWebHost will take full responsibility and replace all hardware failures (if any), free of charge.
